The Scarecrow Trail orginised by St Peter's Primary School has become an annual event and our creative festival team came up trumps this year with Ozzy Osbourne, stationed outside the Dixie Grammar School for all to admire. Eventually rain & wind got the better of him and made him a bit soggy so he had to be sent to rehab.
